The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Traders Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
